Please read these Terms before subscribing to coaching from ELEVATE Coaching.
WHO PROVIDES THE COACHING
Coaching is provided by Carl Jones, sole trader, trading as ELEVATE Coaching. Business address: [ADDRESS], United Kingdom. Contact: carltil9@aol.co.uk, +44 7852 334765, or the contact form.
COACHING AND MONTHLY BILLING
Personal coaching is delivered online through The ELEVATE Shift app. Your plan and coaching support are provided through the app. Prices are:
- Hybrid Shift — £29 per month
- Beginner Runner — £49 per month
- 10K — £59 per month
- Half Marathon — £89 per month
- Marathon — £89 per month
- Ultra Marathon — £129 per month
You choose your plan on our website. The plan and price are shown at Stripe checkout before you confirm payment. Prices are in pounds sterling. Your subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no minimum number of months. Stripe processes payments; ELEVATE Coaching does not store full card details.
SETTING UP YOUR APP ACCOUNT
After payment, create your ELEVATE Shift account using the same email address you used to pay. Once payment is confirmed, Carl builds your plan and activates the matching pathway within 48 hours. Activation is completed manually by Carl; payment does not automatically activate app access.
If your plan is not activated within 48 hours of payment, contact us and we will either extend your billing period by the days missed or refund you for them.
HOW TO CANCEL A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel at any time by contacting ELEVATE Coaching using the details above. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your coaching and app access continue until then, and no further recurring payment will be taken after cancellation takes effect. We will confirm your cancellation by email. To avoid your next payment being taken, please contact us at least 1 day before your renewal date. This does not affect your cooling-off rights or other statutory rights.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
You have 14 days from the day after your purchase to cancel without giving a reason. Coaching normally starts within 48 hours, so at checkout or sign-up we will ask you to confirm that you want it to start during this period. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we will refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for coaching already provided. Refunds are made within 14 days of your cancellation, to the original payment method. To cancel, contact us using the details above, or use the cancellation form we email you after purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
REFUNDS AFTER THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD
After the 14 days, monthly payments are not refunded for part-months after cancellation, except where required by law.
CHANGING PLANS
You can ask to change plan at any time through the app or by contacting us. The new price applies from your next billing date.
MISSED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, we will let you know. App access may be paused until payment is made.
WHO CAN SIGN UP
Coaching through these Terms is for adults aged 18 and over. Junior coaching is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.
TRAINING AND HEALTH
Check with your GP before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, injury or concern about exercise. ELEVATE Coaching provides training support and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional for health concerns.
SUPPORT AND EMERGENCIES
Messages and support check-ins in the app are not an emergency service and are not monitored 24 hours a day. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health support in Wales, call NHS 111 and select Option 2, or call Samaritans on 116 123.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Train within your own limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Tell Carl about any injury, illness or health change so your plan can be adjusted.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
COMPLAINTS
Contact ELEVATE Coaching using the details above and we will aim to respond within 5 working days.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
CANCELLATION FORM
You can use the cancellation form we email you after purchase, or send a clear message by email or through the contact form to cancel within the cooling-off period.
